Refund policy

Every item at the Hashtag Hub is made to order just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart and your spelling before ordering. Personalized items are printed exactly as entered.

We'll make it right if something went wrong on our end. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or it's the wrong item, email us at francisco@thehashtaghub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Lost package? If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Cancellations: email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that your item may already be in production.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
