Shipping policy

Production: each item is made to order, which usually takes 2-7 business days.

US shipping: Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after production. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

International: available for many items. Delivery usually takes 10-30 business days after production. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Split shipments: orders with several items may arrive in separate packages because items can be made in different facilities.

Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly, but email us right away and we'll try to update it before it ships.

Need it by a date (a cruise, a bachelorette, game day)? Order early. We can't guarantee delivery dates.
